Dear residents,

✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅

Here’s a quick round up for you from the St Matthew's Team 2 Walsall.

Officers have arrested x4 offenders for offences in the St Matthews area.

One of the offenders was arrested for recall to prison,

Another was arrested for shop theft.

 Officers and PCSO’s have been out and about in your area conducting high visibility patrols and listening to you’re concerns, deterring shop thefts and addressing issues you have told us about.

The St Matthews teams have been working closely with local business to help reduce and deter retail crime, and appreciate the support from the local community with information they have provided us.

 We have been highlighting the Public Space Protection Order that is in place in the town centre to street drinkers and promptly dealing with any  Anti-Social Behaviour around this, continuing to work with the local authorities in making sure the town remains a safe place to be.
